Specialist Prosthodontic Care

Full-Mouth Rehabilitation & Reconstruction

Comprehensive bite restoration for missing, worn, or failing teeth

When dental issues affect multiple teeth simultaneously—combining tooth wear, failing historical dentistry, and bite instability—a systematic approach is required. As a GDC-registered Specialist in Prosthodontics, Dr Firas Daoudi provides advanced, coordinated care to reconstruct dental function, comfort, and natural aesthetics.

Clinical Objectives

  • Comprehensive occlusal and vertical dimension analysis
  • Coordination of natural teeth and implant-supported bridges
  • Management of severe dental attrition, erosion, and bruxism
  • Stabilisation of jaw relationships and comfortable masticatory function

The Structural Care Pathway

Phase 01

Specialist Assessment & Comprehensive Planning

Every full-mouth rehabilitation begins with a meticulous assessment of your dental health, jaw joints, and muscular bite patterns. Dr Daoudi evaluates the underlying causes of tooth wear, missing teeth, and failing historical dentistry.

Using digital jaw tracking, high-definition CBCT 3D scans, and intraoral scans, a precise diagnostic model is generated to plan your structural contours before any treatment begins.

Phase 02

Foundational Care & Bite Stabilisation

Compromised or non-restorable teeth are addressed, which may involve specialized root canal retreatment or dental implant site preparation.

High-density diagnostic provisional restorations are implemented to transition your mouth into its newly calculated bite alignment. This stage allows your jaw muscles and joint anatomy to safely adapt to the revised vertical proportions.

Phase 03

Precision Engineering & Final Bonding

Once stability is verified, the final restorations are custom-engineered in a specialized laboratory environment. A tailored combination of premium porcelain crowns, onlays, and implant-supported bridges is securely bonded.

The result systematically targets an evenly balanced bite surface, natural phonetic spacing, and fully supported facial aesthetics.

Making an Informed Decision

Full-mouth reconstruction is a complex, multi-stage discipline. Recommendations are formulated strictly on an individual anatomical basis, taking into account remaining structural support, parafunctional tracking (grinding habits), and systemic health conditions.

Clinical note: Success metrics and material longevity are dependent on rigorous ongoing hygiene compliance and diagnostic splint wear where prescribed. Individual timelines and restorative limits are discussed prior to treatment initialization.
